  • Are Vinels a monthly subscription?

Not a chance! Vinels will always point to the link you specify in your order for no extra charges or fees.

  • What else can Vinels do?

Besides redirecting to URLs, playlists, videos, and more - Vinels can also import contact information instantly, allow quick pairing with bluetooth devices, share wifi without spelling out complicated strings and much more. If you would like different functionality than redirects, we would love to work with you! Please Contact Us!
To secure your Vinel, each product is locked upon fulfillment. This unfortunately means that your Vinel cannot be rewritten. If you want to change the URL or functionality of your Vinel, you must order a new product.

  • Are Vinels waterproof?

Yes!

  • Do Vinels have site analytics?

As Vinels does not provide webhosting, we cannot provide analytics regarding your traffic. Many link hub sites such as Linktr.ee and Beacons.ai carry the options for analytics and if these are important to your needs, consider routing your link through a similar hub.

  • Why is my Vinel not working?

The sensors on your phone that read Vinels are sometimes in mysterious places. Please make sure to try the angles provided in your Vinels Tap Guide, supplied with each Vinels product. Be sure that your Vinel is not on a metal surface, that your phone case is not blocking the signal from your Vinel. If you still have issues, please do not hesitate to Contact Us!

  • Can I get my logo on my Vinel?

Yes! Depending on your logo and size, we can fit these to Vinels. The reason this isn't included on our products is due to size constraints and wanting your Vinel to look as clean and professional as possible - Some art simply will not scale down and into a circle shape. With the level of customization that goes into making this possible and the volume required, we insist that you contact us to discuss tailoring Vinels to your vision.
Yes! Every single Vinel that leaves our facility is locked. While this means you can't change your Vinel's functionality or link on the go, it does mean that you never have to worry about scanning a Vinel. Whether you tap your own Vinel or one you found - your device is safe!
